Don't use them. I have used them before, no problems...so I though I'd use them again. They took my money, didn't send the magazine...and have yet to refund my money. Below is the timeline of the events.

I ordered the magazine in August 2007. It is now July 2008 and nothing from them.

12/06/2007 I contact you, no one responds.

12/14/2007 I contact you, again.

01/10/2008 you finally reply with, "I show that Cooking Light has been

returned by the publisher due to a price increase on the magazine" I

am directed to choose another magazine and a magazine for my

"trouble". I do this...and I wait.

03/06/2008 I contact you, again, and say I still have not received the magazines. To which I receive a "standard response" on

03/07/2008 telling me, "* If the publication is a weekly, you should

start to receive your first issue in approximately four to eight weeks, * Bi-weeklies and monthlies take approximately six to twelve weeks to start.

* If the magazine publishes bi-monthly or quarterly, receipt of your

first issue may take as long as ten to fourteen weeks to start."

4/30/2008 Sent e-mail, where are my magazines?

5/2/2008 Response from Brain (that is how it is spelled in the email) saying he can resubmit to Cooking Light or issue a full refund

5/4/2008 Do NOT resubmit to Cooking Light, I was already told the price increased Just refund my money

6/19/2008 Emailed asking when I should expect the refund. It has been *44* days, no refund.

6/19/2008 credit card was charged (really? No kidding it has, at that point been over 250 days since I placed my order and got nothing) can not refund credit card, will send a check

6/19/08 Received a response, will check on why check was not sent

7/22/08 It has been over 30 daysagainno check refund?!

I got ripped off
