Dawn, I am an employee at the call center that is contracted to do customer service for Magazines For Cheap. I'm sorry about all of the problems that you've had trying to get a refund or even get your magazines delivered. I have located your account, and I would be glad to go ahead and refund you right now for the order, but your payment information is no longer valid. Aside from that, our system has detailed records of all of the communication between you and us. I also show that we followed up with our vendors about the problem you had with your order on 5/4/07, and on the same day, we sent you an email asking whether you'd like a refund, store credit, or to resubmit the order. . We cannot do any kind of credit card transaction without your approval, especially since you didn't notify us that you hadn't received your magazines until 4/7/07, and your order was placed on 12/11/06. With that length of time we would have no idea if your credit card information is still valid, and you never responded to the email we sent stating we could resubmit, refund you, or issue store credit, so we left it on file. I can still help you with the order, but you will need to let us know what you'd like somehow. I understand you've had a problem contacting us, I'm sorry about that as well.
