Major energy first of all,half of the time is not cheaper than your utility National Grid or Con Edison.I used to work for them and customers who had it and told me while Im at there door that it just elminates 2 taxes on your bill so they cancelled it.So you figure whether or not you should enroll with them.



Anyway if you want a job dont work for major energy.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING OVER THERE OR RESPONDING TO THE ADD IN CRAIGSLIST CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE(Brooklyn,NY)OR CUSTOMER SERVICE(Bronx,NY)



1.they pay you $20 for every gas registration and for $7 for every electric registration YES ONLY $7 before 20 working days



2.After 20 working days its $25 for every gas and $9 for every electric



3.I also heard US Energy another energy company pays thier employees $30 for gas registrations and electric registrations plus bonuses.



4.you do not pay taxes so have to save most of your money pay it at the end of the year and they take 30% which I heard used to be 25% out of your check every week in case a customer cancells. YES 30%



5.they take $4 for every day you work for transportaion out of your check.



6.they also take money out of your check for your hard hat,shirt,jacket and hat that you have to get because its cold.



7.YOU DONT GET PAID IF DO NOT GET ANY REGISTRATIONS



8.If you plan to work upstate with the company you have to pay for the hotel you stay in for a week it comes out of your check



ALL THE PEOPLE AT THE OF THIS COMPANY ARE THE ONES MAKING REAL MONEY

This report appears to come from someone who is unfamiliar with Major Energy and the deregulated energy industry. This individual sounds quite bitter. This person claims to have worked for Major Energy and is voicing their frustration or lack of understanding, when in reality there is no basis to any of these claims.



 



We do not know who this person is. Based on the facts he provides, we believe it is someone who came to our office for one day after applying for a Door to Door sales position. He falsified his paperwork by giving a fake name and fake identification. He caused trouble during the training session and was extremely rude. When a manager tried to sit with him in private to further discuss the opportunity for employment, he left the office. Major Energy tried to contact him and discuss his behavior and any other issues he had. He was again extremely rude and evasive. The telephone number and address he provided were false and the only way to contact him was via email. Major Energy tried to politely invite him back to discuss the situation and our emails were ignored.



 



Major Energy was incorporated in 2005 and has been serving customers in New York State since 2006. Its prides itself on its honest reputation and almost consistent track record of savings over the utility month after month. Major Energy does not mislead its customers, employees or salespeople in any way. In fact, the mailings that we send out to our customers give them very accurate and timely market data enabling them to make smart decisions about which energy products to purchase for their home or business.



 



In the Con Edison and National Grid territories, Major Energy is actually known as one of the ESCOs that consistently saves customers money month after month and almost consistently beats their competitors pricing.



 



As a large company in New York, Major Energy has many employment opportunities for people in these trying times. While other companies are laying off their employees, Major Energy is adding employees each week. Major Energy has positions ranging from Door to Door sales to executive positions. We at Major Energy take great pride in our accomplishments and our company.
