Majors Rv Service ripoff dishonest ripoffs Bourne Massachusetts
after i talk to other rv repair co. that said i was taken to the cleaners i needed to let others know to get an hourly rate with this co.
this co. never called me to say rate to fix my rv gen. was to be 690.00 instead of the 550.00 they told me. get this [$36.00 to change fuse in cig. lighter] i stood there while he changed it in less then 5 min.]--[$36.00 to tell me bathroom light needed new switch witch he didnot carry
time less than 5min.]$36.00 to remove two screw on outside city water unit plus part]$36.00 to replace running light cap just snaps on he even charged me for the blub that was working i watched him 5min.work] [THEN GET THIS $44.00 TO PUT AIR IN TIRES]THEN $44.00 TO STICK A STICK ON PATCH TO COVER SMALL HOLE IN BACK]
GET THIS WHEN I ASKED WHY HE WENT FROM $36.00 TO $44.00 FOE HALF HOUR WORK HE SAID IN THE MIDDLE OF WORKING ON YOUR RV WE HAD AN HOURLY RATE INCREASE. I AM POSTING THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS ALL THE PLACE MAYBE THEN I CAN GET RID ON THE FEELING OF HOW BAD I WAS TAKEN THANKS BOB

I find the report to be outragious, all RV repair facilities have minimum charges, the indicate an hourly rate of $76 to $88 per hour, this is completely within the area ( Cape Cod). I have had two major repairs at Majors both were completed to my satisfaction. The cost of the two were in excess of $20,000.This person has no concept of the industry, perhaps he should learn how to change a fuse himself.
