Dear Sir 

 Mango Express is a transport company,From 2015,I chose it as my transport company to help me transfer the things that I had bought from Amazon.but on Sep 30th according to tracking number TBA083690078000 my bag that bought from 6PM was  receipted by Mango Express warehouse in Delaware (3023 Bowlarama Dr STE B-05092 New castle Delaware ),Later, my bag is missing,After 45 days of inquiry,the Mango Express customer service told me that they lost my bag  in the process of transfer  ,but until now ,three months has passed ,In my opinion ,they had confirmed their responsibility on the things of my lost bag,  why they still ask me to wait? Why not give me a refund according to their provisions of the compensation? I have sent a lot of emails to them ,but with no affirmative feedback .

 According to their suchdealing with the attitude of the lost package, I guess there would be many buyer suffered the same kind of problems or crimes of  cheating from this company , I also submit complaint on BBB Chicago & N. Illinois twice, but  Mango Express did not  do any response.

The company registered in China's information are false, and already lose credit enterprise blacklist,So I hope you can expose the fraud company, to avoid more buyers to be deceived.

I hope Mango Express can refund  me as soon as possible.
