Marc Comer Esq. Mandelbaum, Salzberg Stole my money Eatontown NJ
My father named Marc Comer, Esq., an attorney at the law firm Mandelbaum Salzberg in Eatontown, NJ, as Executor of his Estate. My father was a Physician and had a substantial Estate. Marc Comer stole significant assets, including $45,000.00 - yep, $45,000.00 - for the sale of a piece of land in Toms River NJ, which sold for $150,000.00 so Comer stole a Third of the Dollar we received from this sland, He had already taken a Commission.
Further, he charged me over for $15,000.00 for a Will and $20,000.00 fort a Trust that we agreed I did not need to be filed. So I had thought all work on the Trust matter had ceased within the first hour of any work that he could have done. Obviously, I found out that he worked on this Trust for many months without my knowledge that he so doing. Moreover, I had NO CLUE that I would be billed more than $15,000.00 for a simply Will. I have an easy estate and my Will is TWO (2) pages! Do not use this THIEF!!
