Marcus Chestnut contacted via telephone respresented himself as a lawyer, I paid $5300 for services, then unable to contact him, no services rendered Atlanta, Jacksonville Georgia, Florida
Introduced to him through a friend, that he was a reputable lawyer who would help with an ongoing criminal case, I gave the friend $5300, which he said was his fee, she deposited the money into a female's account, I did not know the specifics until days later, that it was not Marcus Chestnut's account that the money was deposited.
After the payment he quickly changed phone numbers, contacted a few times via text and phone calls, then after questioning him regarding the case he stopped responding to phone calls and texts, numbers no longer working or no response, he was calling from other people phones.
I have talked to one other person who is trying to get in touch with him, she stated she met him in the Macon, Georgia area and is not sure what his real name is. He told me he practiced in Florida and Georgia, he is not the person on the website.
