Said they refunded me and then posted a false transaction report from their computer saying the transaction FAILED. Is under investigation with Bank Of America,requested a charge back be filed for merchandise never received.sent. Internet,NY

I sent Maria's birds,Andrew Clar,M&A Exotics,Andrews Parrot Palce $7000.00 for 10 baby African Grey parrots.After a few days of hearing disturbing thing about them on line,I asked for proof of babies. I asked for photos of said babies. Got a run around.
I called several times and there was no answer and voice mail was full. Facebook chatted with Maria nd Andrew several time assuring me they had the baby African Greys. I kept asking. They decided not to sell me these birds for soame reason. Was told the issued a refund. I never received one. I called Bank Of America.
Started the charge back process. Since then Maria/Andrew is posting on Facebook the issed a refund, now posting the trasaction never went thru/FAILED!!! Not true the charge went thue march 19,2014 and has posted on my credit card statment as"Andrew Clark 03/21/2014" with a conformatiom number.All i want is my $7000.00 back and a public apollogy admitting they were wrong! I know it is a lot to ask for.
