Complaint Review: Marilyn Light Bags - Houston Texas

I just called the Secretary of State for Texas to check on your company. I wanted to check because I wanted to believe you even with all the lies that you told. I still wanted to believe you. But I was told that your company Marilyn Light Bag LLC has not been registered since May 21, 2010 in the Sate of Texas due to no payment of taxes.

Why did you give us that information in Sept. when you knew that someone would check and see that you have not paid your taxes. How can we trust you if you do not tell us the truth? I truly want to believe that you will do all that you say but we have been waiting a long time. When will the business start?

I did my own research on Marilyn Marshall Lightbag Manufacturing Company, when I was first introduce to the company over a year ago, I have no problem with Mrs. Marshall's company, like any new company it takes time.  I have not come accross anything negistive about the company other than the ripoff-reports from others. I was on a conference call regarding MLB, LLC, I thought it was a business call little did I know the call became unbelievable. I will never subject my self to anthing like that again.  As an individual I always make up my own mind when it comes to spending my money, where, and how, I should spend it etc., I prefer to work with someone I professionally/legally trust and have my interest at heart.

Marilyn Light Bag, LLC is a Manufacturing Company that has a Patent Product that has rights to make and sale LED handbags with GPS Tracker trademark inside of all types of bags.

Detective Parnell did not investigate the situation before she reported this accusation.  The Police Department will be investigated by the companies Attorney.

Attorney, Nelson Turner,   of Gwenett, GA phone number 770 962 8111.  The investigation will also include several other individuals who made false reports against Marilyn Light Bag, LLC.   These individuals made statements in their reports that they did not recieve professional service and that was not true.  There was one individual involved that try to sabbatoge my business and blackmail me, by asking me to give them $50,000 to save their real estate property which did not have anything to do with my business.  I had not even known them for more then a month.  I stated to them there were ways they could save their property, by becoming a representative of my company Marilyn Light Bag, LLC  She said no and then she became very hostile and decided to report false information about my company to the Norcross, GA. Police Department.

There were a group of individuals that this person was having conferences without my permission because we had a dedicated conference line and they decided they would separate the group and everything that was done was under our company where everyone involved had to sign a  confidentiality agreement.

Everyone that was part of the group will be exposed for internet and email slander and possible Jail time for false information that they claimed they investigated and calling my bank representatives and asking personal information about my Business Accounts, and Corporate Accounts.  Several of them stated that they were going to take my business from me which is infringment and a criminal matter.  I will press charges on all that was involved.
