Does not maintain the Islands in the entrance to the project to be weed free and decent looking.Does not maintain the light to the project name, at the entrance to the project, in working orderDoes not maintain the grass at regular periods, only when it gets really ragged looking.Does not keep plantings up to keep the project in good shape.
