MARK PADILLA MARC ANTHONY'S CUSTOM BUILDERS AND REMODELERS THEIF, LIAR, SCAMMING CONTRACTOR Littleton, Colorado
Do not hire Mark Padilla, aka Marc Anthony's custom builders and Remodelers. He stole more than $7500.00 from me and disappeared without remodeling my bathroom.
He asked for a deposit and installed some tile, then he asked for more money to buy the bath-tub, toilet, vanity, etc. He strung me along for more than a month saying the bath-tub he ordered kept coming in the wrong size. He begged me for more money saying he had 5 children to feed and I stupidly gave it to him.
Turns out he never ordered anything, he just cashed my checks and spent the money. He knew it was my my entire savings and yet he stole it and left me without a bathroom. I kept calling and texting him, finally he admitted he took my money. I'm writing this in hopes of warning other consumers before he scams someone else.
His brother, Michael Padilla of Denver, AKA, "Venus Designs, it's better On" is a granite installer who isn't any better. He recommended Mark Padilla but when I called and told he had stolen from me he refused to help.
Stay away from the Padilla's, you will be ripped off.

i worked for mark at this time. He did order the tub, and it was ordered the wrong size. He ran out of money to do the job, as he had to redo the entire kitchen backsplash because this very spolied client, who like to throw her status around, didn't like the tile that she picked. He took it out and and replaced at no additional cost.
The lie that she told is that this was her life savings. That is nowhere near the truth. She is a local news anchor who lived in a fairly expensive neighborhood With a husband who owned his own business. I think a person who lies to make somebody look bad is not a good person.
He did run out of money and found himself in a bind. He is not a crook, and tryed his best to work it out, until she put reports all over town and tryed to ruin him. She should be ashamed of her spoiled self.

No, I got no resolution from Marc Padilla. He still owes me over 7 grand. I sued him and got a judgement against him, but he has paid nothing.
