 Brought some perfume from this site.  Perfume has NEVER arrived!

Was in the UK so I phoned them. Firstly, they didn't answer phone saying "Market Trend" just "Hi Anna, speaking".  I had to ask if this was Market Trend which she replied yes.  I told them that my perfume has not arrived. Anna, said that they would put in a courier claim to their courier company for non-delivery and they will get reimbursed and then they would reimburse me.

I said what happens if you don't get reimbursed - Market Trend replied "well you won't get reimbursed".  I asked for the postal claim reference and Anna said "NO, it is with our delivery department".  I asked to get put through to their delivery department and she said NO and hung up!

I called them a second time to ask them if they were a legitimate company and if this was an internet scam and they hung up on me again!  I have tried on numerous occassions to call them since and the phone just rings out (no answer)  nor are they replying to my emails. 

LESSONS LEARNT:

Silly me paid by credit card instead of using paypal. Now I will have to cancel my credit card as this fraud company has my details.

 Lessons learnt NEVER buy from this company (I have since seen other posts complaining of fake perfumes being sent etc).  ALSO NEVER buy from the internet where Paypal facility is not available.
