Spring,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Rebecca is so correct about this company. I worked for them for 2 weeks. I had just separated from the U.S. Air Force and was looking for a job. Marketing concepts was one of the first to contact me for an interview. I put on one of my best suits for the first interview. When I got there I was expecting a lot of questions. WRONG!!! The d**n thing only lasted 5 minutes...if not less. Then I got a second interview. I was told that I would spend "a day in the field" with a current employee. So I got there and was pared with an employee and we got into his truck and drove around from business to business trying to get them to switch back to SBC. This should have sent up red flags everywhere but I needed a job. At least the guy paid for my lunch that day. After I took the job I rode around with another employee for about a week learning how to master "the pitch" to give business owners to get them to switch back to SBC. I was then given my own area. I'm surprised that I'm still alive today. The area I was given was pretty much the fifth ward. And I'm WHITE. I'm sure you can imagine the looks on peoples faces seeing a white guy walking around in a suit in the f'ing fifth ward. I was told by one of the managers that it was a prime area because all of those people were poor and wanted to save money on their phone bills. And to make matters worse, the company does not give you a vehicle, they do not pay you for miles, and they do not pay you back for gas. If you see a job posting for Marketing Concepts or anyother company that claims they have ties with Fortune 500 companies....RUN LIKE THE WIND. These are Cydcor companies and they will screw you more than a porn star.
