Marketing Survey Center ripoff cannot deliver on promise refuses to refund North Palm Beach, Florida
I contracted with this company on May 13 to purchase a series of leads for life insurance in Chicago. They indicated that I would be active on May 19th and that leads would begin at that point. They sent me a form which I had to fax back to get started. This form indicated that they would refund monies if they did not meet their quantity at the conclusion of some period, but that period was never specifically specified, although they now claim that period was ninty days. They have yet to provide a single qualified lead (they promised qualified leads at least $150,000 of premium from people qualified to get insurance).
I have emailed and called these people several times complaining that I had given them money to perform a service and as of yet I have received nothing. I have asked for my money back. They have refused saying they still had time to comply. The total number of leads over the ninty day period they claim to have was to 50. They have in five weeks failed to provide a qualifed single lead. they did provide 2 unqualified leads. I have asked them to stop and they refuse. I have asked them for my money back and they have refused. I have asked them to show me specifically where the contract period of ninty days is highlighted and to show my signature in agreement to that trial period date and they have failed to do so.
I have filed this as fraudulent with the credit card company and have sent a report to the Florida Better Business Bureau.
Never do business with a company who makes you sign up for a period and will not give you a way out the back door if you are totally dissatisfied.
