Marshall Sylver Marshall Syvler Made false promises to sell us into a program. When the promises were not delivered they failed to provide a refund. Las Vegas Nevada
I attended a Marshall Sylver event and was hard sold into a program of his. As part of this uncomfortable sale I was promised a specific program within a specific period of time. I originally gave a deposit on this program in March of 2018. I was told the program would be in May. When that time passed and no program was ever offered I tried to contact them for answers.
They then told me it was going to be coming soon. It never did. They kept pushing the date further and further away. Finally in August when I requested a refund they announced that suddenly they now had a date for their event. Which would be in October. I have no confidence that this will actually occur. Having no lost all conifdence we once again requested a refund which was denied due to a clause in his registration form that states I had a 3 day cooling period.
Which is far different than what I had been told in person. Firstly I was informed that I was giving a deposit on the course. (And the course is still not paid in full as it was actually a deposit) And the conditions of that deposite have not been met by Marshall or his team. I have received no communication from them except as a response to my request for a refund.
The purchase was made with clear expectations and promises and all of these were broken by Marshall Syvler and his team. And when a refund was requested our office was given nothing but excuses and challenges. To date I have received no value for funds I have paid.
Buyer beware when dealing with Marshall Sylver as you may never see what you have purchased and you will most likley never see your money again either.
