Martin Adeo Gondra Publisher CEO and Editor-in-Chief of LUXZIO Magazine Scam, Fraud, Steals Money, Sexual Harassment, Copyright Infringement, ESPECIALLY JEWELERS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OR WORK FOR houston, Texas
Martin Adeo Gondra is a Thief, Sexual Harasser, Fraud, and complete Scam Artist! Do not trust him as an employer nor as a publisher! DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH NOR WORK FOR HIM! He has been traveling all over the states since escaping South America (possibly illegally) scamming cities in California, Nevada, Arizona, and most recently Colorado. Now, unfortunately for Houston, Texas, he has come to scam you as well!
He has no back up capital so the only money he has comes from selling advertisement space in his magazine LUXZIO Magazine, which he claims is a completely successful one-of-a-kind publication. The truth about this magazine is that he changed the name to LUXZIO Magazine in Fall 2012 because he was charged with copyright infringement for stealing the name FLAIR Magazine, and before that it was named FLARE, which was also stolen. He also claimed full rights for the magazine Que Pasa.
He hires Account Executives for 100% only commission, and he claims that one may earn a $200+ expense allowance, however one must sell so much in ad space in a single week AND must be traveling in his/her own vehicle. If one does execute all of the above, he still finds ways to cheat them out of this allowance, and he does NOT reimburse for travel.
If you are hired for a base-salaried position, know that you are only going to receive your pay (monies-owed) if Account Executives or even Martin sell ad-space that week. If the company does not sell ad space, he will either (1) refuse to give you your pay check or (2) write you a check that is fraudulent.
As far as who he hires, he prefers young, attractive women to work for him. He enjoys surrounding himself with women so he seems more desirable to prospective businesses. He also uses inappropriate language to these ladies just about every day in and out of the work place. Look out and listen for him to call you "sexy." He is open about not wanting his employees to wear pants nor flat shoes, as they make women "not feminine." He encourages his employees to dress "sexy" so that he can flaunt them around to businesses.
In addition, his "Media Packet" or "Media Kit" is completely full of lies. He claims that he distributes to so many different public locations and he even distributes to private residences by subscription. NOT TRUE at all. He even claims to produce 50 thousand copies a month. I can tell you first hand that is another lie.
BUSINESSES BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST! He DOES NOT uphold Client Contracts. His December/January 2013 issue hasn't even been printed. It is online only. Every client that is advertised in this issue has been scammed. When the first LUXZIO-titled issue came out in November, it was intended to make up for not having an October issue. All clients paying for October also have been scammed. MOST clients with LUXZIO/FLAIR Magazine have had their contracts not upheld due to several reasons, including but not limited to (1) not publishing promised articles/editorials, (2) not distributing publications to their business, (3) forgetting to publish their advertisements and/or articles/editorials, or (4) not publishing their ads/editorials/articles in the contracted amount of pages.
Martin Adeo Gondra sometimes offers a "Money-Back Guarantee." Unfortunately for businesses, this is just another way he tries to make you believe he is a valid and trustworthy man. FALSE. If you choose to use your "Money-Back Guarantee" for any reason, Martin will (1) ignore your phone calls or (2) right you a fraudulent check, and then most likely ignore your phone calls/letters/etc.
