this company is trying to make me pay $275.00 after my primary insurance paid them their contracted rate of $61.85. gottlieb claims they never received payment from champ va. i called champ va and they told me that that was paid on bulk check#42487161 and the check was cashed on 06/04/2010. now keep in mind this is the v.a. and their info is easy to verify through the treasurie dept. gottlieb claims to have no record of the payment. and they have threatend to put me in collections if i do not pay them 275.00. these people are frauds and cheats watch out for them. i have filied a complaint with the florida ag office as well as the florida office of financial regulation. if they try to sell this fake debt to a third party collection agency or put me in collections, i will sue the snot out them.

Get a copy of the cancelled check and send it to them.
