Martin Lake Resort Jerry Snow jerry snow and the lawyers he works with are very talented crooks Biloxi Mississippi
Ill start off by saying that the owner jerry snow is a snake just waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting victim. my wife and i were dooped into financing a so called gold membership that somebody lost when they filed bankruptcy . the membership was supposedly normally $7,000 dollars and he was giving it to us for the price of what was owed . $3500 to finance over a five year period. it was suppose to b at a 4% intrest rate which i discovered three years later it was 14% when i inquired about an early pay off . the lady said i still owed $1,600. there was no way that could be right after three years. i demanded to speak to Jerry in which i was told he was on vacation in disney world. i called back several times and was never allowed to speak with him. about six months later i noticed that the $88 dollars a month hadnt been taken out in quite a while . When i called to ask why i was told they were not allowed to speak to me anymore and gave me thier lawyers contant in ocean springs. he told me he has represented martin lake and jerry hasnt lost a case in twenty years...i talked to my bank and in december 2012 they tried to withdrawl the money two times causing my bank to put a hold on the payment. a few weeks later I got a subpeona from a lawyer in Birminham , which is five hours away , stating i hada court date or i could write a letter diputing the charges . i did as she asked but two weeks later i recieved court documents stating that i lost a judgment against me for $3900. The attorney stated she never recieved my letter although i mailed it certified and somebody signed for it.... My wages were garnished and i now owe them abot a thousand more dollars .... they are good ... so do not under any circumstance let the Devil sweet talk u onto a deal.....It only turns out bad in the long run.
