Well well well. I have personally never met this man, yet he upheaved my life in a haunting way.

My husband, who is a talented pattern maker met with Marty, one unfortunate day,and proceded to work for Marty. BIG Mistake.

Marty had big dreams, and bullied himself before everyone. Before long, he was late paying my hubby. Next, he didnt pay him at all! Frustrated, hubby askes desperately, and so Marty Lackner writes him a check. Finally !!!! So, in a hurry to help with the bills, my hubby writes me a check covering his expenses. All 9 of our bills "bounce." Before I know it..My bank closed my account. Granted I have never been negative at ALL. Humiliated, I coulnd afford diapers that night for our Son. First and LAST time a sranger affects my life like that.

My hubby has a more insightful story on this snakes behalf. However I am tired of talking about him as he is simply evil energy.

In response to surfnaked in Colton: I cannot believe what I have read here today from you. The transmission for this vehicle was rebuilt for us by another vendor and we installed it. We offered the Hudsons a warranty. We said we would be happy to take a look at it when there was a problem. They did not have a car trailer to haul the car to us. We offered to come and get it with OUR trailer when we had a chance, at no charge. When we could not come and get it as quickly as they wanted, they decided to have it towed by a tow truck. However, instead of having the tow truck tow it to us, they chose to tow it to another transmission shop! Then they wanted us to pay the tow bill and the repair bill from another shop! We offered a warranty and were happy to uphold that warranty. If your Kenmore dishwasher breaks and is under warranty, and you decide to take it Bob's Fix-It Shop, you can't send Bob's bill to Kenmore! This is not some crazy idea we came up with, it is a business standard. Also, we sold them a little Ford pickup and waited over a month to get paid for it when we where told it would be a week. We also drove over 1000 miles to haul two cars for you and where told they where in the open and ready to go. When we arrived; the tires where flat, they where sitting 6 inches into the ground and where on a hilltop that was nearly impossible to climb with a trailer and after much effort the trailer ended up with a bent axle. Did I ask for you to pay to fix it? We considered you friends and did things for you that nobody else would. We will not stand idle and allow lies to be told about us with no proof to back it up. The trouble with this site is that you can get on here and damage a persons credibility with nothing to back your statements. We will pursue every legal avenue to hold you and anyone who feels they can say whatever they want accountable for their actions.

Seeing as Marty and Sammy are still scamming, it's time that I put in my story. It began 3 years ago, while I was in the process of purchasing my first classic. I took the car to his shop (at that time in Molalla) on the suggestion of a friend. Marty told us that it needed transmission work, but other than that it was fine. Further more he would "cut us a deal", it not only took 3 weeks for the car to be completed, but he failed to replace all of the seals, thus causing them to break (they are over 30 years old) and leak transmission fluid and causing me to ruin the transmission. I then tried to have him fix his shoddy work and was basically told to kiss off. So we took it to another local transmission shop, the "deal" that he gave was no deal at all! And a good portion of the parts were not replaced! He and his wife proceeded to deny any responsibility and all communication was cut off. He has also owned Hurst Racing Slicks, North West Customs, North West Speed Equipment and now the company is called Eelco. They are still located in Canby, Oregon. He has a wife and 3 children. This man is a scumbag of the lowest regard, and under no terms should you take your car to him, he will destroy it and take your money. For goodness sakes after this long you would think we would be able to stop him!

brian was let go when he consistently didn't show up for work on time and had very wild stories as to why. He was laways broke even after being paid and blamed his wife for the problems with her spending habits. He was informed via certified mail that the balance of his last bill would be held to pay for clean up costs and to have patterns that he was paid for finished/repaired. Cost to do so where well beyond the 800.00 he was owed. he was notified by certified mail of this and never responded.
