Marty Wright Homes Sales INC Took my money and did not complete setup of moblie home and charged me for previous owners property taxes Bennetsville South Carolina
I purchased a used moblie home from Marty Wrights Home Sales on 4/18/17. On 5/9/17 I went back to the company to pay cost of moving I was then told I would have to purchase the moving permit in order for them to move the moblie home I went to marion county and was told the previous owner had not paid the property taxes and in order for me to get a moving permit I would have to pay the taxes due I then called Marty Wrights Homes and spoke with Ben Utter who told yes you have to pay those taxes I paid them and took the moving permit back to the salesman Ben Utter. Afew days passed and I was informed that I was not respnsible for the previous owners taxes and the dealer should give me my money back so I called and spoke with Ben Utter who then informed that I was to fax a copy of the reciept from the tax office showing I had paid those taxes before I could be refunded my 353.25 for the taxes I faxed the information on 6/14 and 6/16
On 6/24 the home was delivered to my property and looked totally different the front window was missing and there is a hole in the wall of the dinning room we were told if anything happened during the move that it was covered so far they have not completed the work. The movers set it on blocks and tied it down but not securley and have not tbeen back to replace the window or fix the wall as we were promised they took almost 17,000 and gave me a house that will not pass code because it never was capped at the top I want my money for the taxes paid for the previous owner and my moving fees I have contacted the company and they are not trying to make the situation right Please do not do bussiness with this company they are a ripoff

On 7/18/17 I spoke with Mike who agreed to fix my problem. First he explained how the previous owner did owe the taxes and he would try his best to get hime to pay my loss. The he agreed to fix the situation by finishing the house by the end of this week. I thank him for taking the time to listen then explain the ways to make me a satisfied customer and I will send everyone I know who is looking for a home to Mke he is a man of his word and he went the extra mile Thanks Mike and I am glad I did not go with anyone else. If you are looking for a home your first and only choice should be Marty Wright Homes and ask to speak to Mike who will make your home buying experience one you will never forget!! Thanks again Mike you are awesome
