Beware.. Do not put your self in jeapordy for your job in Maryland! You will get nothing but fired, then grueling Work Harding and Rip off Doctors, Lawyers and Commissioners. Everyone makes out but the person who was hurt.
If your company asked that you do something that you can become hurt, think to yourself do I really want to go from a $25 hour career to a $5 an hour job. You are not compensated! You lose your Job your insurance and your retirement! You might get $5,000 for a permament injury but that is a big if.
The hearing consists of 15 cases in 10 minutes if that gives you an Idea. And you are not allowed to present your case. You are asked 3 questions and you leave. Thats it Zilch nothing! So the next time you are working in the rain around machinery or lifting that box think about it, and decline.. big time!
