I recently purchased a beautiful 2007 Hyundai Sonata. When I went for the test drive, it was raining. When I picked up the car, it was raining. I failed to notice a couple of things. There was a chip in the windshield, the paint on the trunk lid was scratched up pretty badly. The worst part of the scratches is, they "repaired" them really poorly. There was also only 1 key for the car and there were no floor mats. When I called to see if there was anything they could do for me, I was told that they would only fix the windshield.
Then, I was told it would cost me $100. $100 for a chip in a windshield is total BS. I already got an estimate from somewhere else for only $50....They did tell me they would give me $50 towards a new key. Of course, a new key costs 5 x that. They claim there were no floor mats in the car...Really...a 3 year old Hyundai Sonata Limited????? Don't they come standard????? The real cost is going to be the paint. I am having an estimate done right now.
So, I got a nice car with a bunch of little things wrong with it! They got my $$$$$...and are obviously not interested in doing business with me again....They are also not interested in doing business with anyone I know! The best advertising you can get is word of mouth! They will not be getting any from me....Do not buy a car from Masona Auto Retailers!
