I have been trying to cancel my contract with this company for over a year. I had my membership for one year, so I am entitled to cancel.
I have email, faxed, called, emailed with corporate and have yet been able to cancel my membership. I have filed a complaint with my State's Attorney General. All I want is for them to stop charging my credit card. It should not be this difficult.
I never used my massages as I did not care for how cold they kept their clinics. I advise everyone to think twice before signing any type of contract with these people. They do not care about customer service.

You may cancel your membership upon 30-day advance written notice to the Massage Envy clinic at which your membership originated.
No...I don't work for Massage Envy. :)

You MUST physically go into the fitness place and cancel. Otherwise they just wont do it. Im sure once YOU get over your self entitlment you will understand the WHY behind it.
