i was a customer for 10 months with no problems but i lost my job and found new job 75 miles away but they would not let me out of my last two months of contract totaling 120 bucks even after i explained. i now spend 10 hours a week driving to work and my wages went down and my expenses

They are upholding their end, YOU don't want to uphold yours. If contracts could be cancelled at the whim of the signer, there would be no value to having a contract. YOU agreed to ALL its terms when YOU signed it. There is NO Ripoff here. Your "circumstances" are TOTALLY irrelevant.

it allows cancellation if you move outside a 25 mile service center but it should let me cancel due to hardship due to my special cercomstances i would think. they should play fair.

So does the legally binding contract you signed allow you to cancel it if you loose your job and find another job 75 miles away where you earn less and have to commute 10 hours a week?
