Massage Envy South Miami, FL, Manager Collins Black MASSAGE ENVY OF SOUTH MIAMI FLORIDA BEWARE..They steal my prepaid sessions and money even after cancelling miami Florida
They are growing their business by stealing people's money and prepaid sessions by creating an alternate history in their system that customers cannot find out unless they have an issue and they call the spa.
They offered a horrible customer service and their staff is not properly trained. They dont provide much explanation of services and charges since they charge a unrealistic percentage for tips for the therapists which they dont give completely to them.
Manager of this location Collins Black was very disrepectful and not cooperation with me as customer to resolve the situation. They keep deduction sessions from my wallet for not reason or excuse and wanted more money from me.
