Massage Envy My sister transferred a massage of hers from her membership to me they said there would only be a 10.00 transfer fee. we made 2 appointments for 1 for an hour and hers for 1/2 hr upon arriving, she asked if I could get the 1 1/2 hr massage too, they said yes, we went in and got our massages, when she was done, hers was only 1 hr, mine when I came out of the room, they told me I owed an extra 20.00... really! why did they not tell me when I said is there an extra charge! this is my second time at Massage envy unhappy the first time too. I will not ever go back...bad costumer service! Lincoln California

I'm sorry you feel cheated. But honestly use common sense no one would give you a FREE extra half hour massage. You were gifted an hour if you request add'l time you should know you pay for it after all it's a business!
