Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Massage Envy located in the Nottera Center in Phoenix[happy valley road] is the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with. My wife who has rheumotoid artritis as well as other auto ammune diseases signed up for a plan for masages for a month and decided after that period of time that the massges she received actually caused her more discomfort. At that time she cancelled her monthly plan and was told all is good and she would be billed anything more. This was in November and since that time her credit card has been billed $60 three additional times over the past three months. She has made repeated calls to this location and even attempted to go there in person to try and get this rectified with the manager. They keep telling her nothing can be done through location itself and has to be done through the corporate office. They told her on three occasions that someone would call her corporate and gets this resolved--no calls yet in two weeks and more run around from the physical location where she was going for the massages. They told her the managers are all very busy and do not have time to talk with individual clients.?  What kind of service does this say about a company? I am in the mortage business and if i treated any of my clients like this i would not only not have any business but i would be terminated by the company i work for. Not to mention having to answer to the consumer financial protection bureau[CFPB] How can anybody running a legitimate company continue to operate like this? DO NOT do business with Massage Envy and if for some reason you do for sure do not give them any credit card info or you may be victimized yourself---pay cash if you must go there. Bottomline is based on other complaints i see in different states pertaining to this company i would say that reporting them to the attorney general as well as the BBB and anyone else that should know about this bullshit ripoff.
