Massage Envy Additional, Unauthorized Debit Credit Card charges Waxhaw North Carolina
Be ware of massage envy, they offer and I took advantage of introductory massage. My wife made a second appointment and had to cancel 4 days before appointment date. Massage Envy claimed she did not show and that they called to confirm which they did not and charged mt debit card for the monthly fee and refuse to reverse charge.
From word of mouth this is common practice among different branches.

When I paid the introductory visit rate - I was offered the membership program and did not receive a HARD SELL at all, as a matter of fact they sent me an invitation to return again at the introductory price. As for the "monthly" fee you mentioned sounds like your wife signed up for the membership program. Yes they have a membership program and it is a monthly fee - however it is clearly stated in the membership program details that if you miss your massage for that month - it rolls over to the next month - YOU STILL GET THE MASSAGE YOU PAID FOR! THERE IS NO RIP OFF HERE - your wife took the membership program and you were not billed for the "missed" appointment - you were billed the MONTHLY membership fee.
