the dealer have sent to me by fax the following documents: sales and leasing agreement, store policy and bill of sale to sign for 2008 bmw x5. sale price 34000$. i signed those documents and mentioned that the vehicle must have two sets of keys and no previous paintwork (was not involved in any accident) as i was told verbaly before by sales person joey. after sending all signed documents i asked joey if everithing is made properly and if i need to make a wire transfer. the answer was yes, everything is fine. i made a wire transfer and sent a shipping company to pick up the vehicle. the vehicle was picked up with just one set of keys and with complitely different bill of sale with a faked signature of mine and retail certificate of sale again with the faked signature. all information about second set of keys , previous paint work and absence of accidents disappeared. i called next day about faked documents and absence of the second set of keys to salesperson joey, he passed me to his manager norman. i faxed to norman the real documents and requested to explain why did they fake all documents. norman promised to order the second set of keys and find out what was happened. since that time i left number of messages to joey and norman as well as at front desk but got no responce.

This transaction is pure nonsense to begin with.  First you say "sales" and "leasing agreement".  Do you know what you got into?  Did you buy this car, (sight unseen) or did you get into a CAR FLEECE sight unseen?

You send your money off to somebody you don't know to get a USED CAR you've never seen, never checked out, never test drove and never had a mechanic of your choice check out IN ADVANCE!

Since you elected to go thru with this nonsense, you took on all the risks.  You could have avoided all of this if you would have used COMMON SENSE to buy a used car rather than this nonsensical garbage!

Enjoy your car, complete with faked signatures, not enough keys, and whatever other surprises which will come your way.

Next time, have somebody complete a car transaction for you.  It is quite obvious you are a danger to yourself.
