i was a match useri.i sgned up 4/3/16.i was unaware of the auto renew.they auto renewed on 7/3/16.i accepted the terms of the contract and shut the auto renew off on 7/14/16.10/3/16 the charged my credit card 68.97.after numerous e mails and phone calls i was offered 18.01 refund.18.01?really! they claim the matter is closed.i disagree.i made a complaint to the nc attorney generals office.and found this site next.this is an outrageous business malpractice that has to end! vincent,morehead city north carolina
