Beware of Matt & Catherine Willis! They represent Mor Vacations, Dream Style Vacations, Coastal Vacations, and some vitamin company. They are deceptive and dishonest people. They told me that I could pay by mail but still needed a credit card. They charged my card anyway and I called to cancel and they told me I will never get my money back. I called the Mor Vacations support people and they said they never set me up a membership because they received my cancellation notice and the Willis say they don't care they will not refund my money, they will fight me and win because of the documents. Then they said it wont matter cause we will charge you a $997 office fee so we will still make our money if you cancel.
They hurled tons of threats and insults at me just after telling me he was a Christian man who went to church. Calling me and my wife names and saying we just are filled with fear and satan is trying to rob us of this business. I'm sorry, I have never been treated so poorly by a so called business man in my life! I have recorded calls and voice mails with all the junk they said to us. playing passive aggressive with we want to help you and i said give me back my money and they said no that is not helping you. We wont under any circumstances return or refund one penny, you will never see that money again they said. This was after they told me I could check out the membership and if I didn't like it they would gladly refund our money and they said they had done it before for others with no problem.
Matt Willis is not someone you want to mentor you or be in business with. He just takes advantage of people. He also has a product he sells and markets called the Recruiting Formula. I would not buy or support anything these people do. And if they have done it to you I would recommend warning others of the practices of Matt and Catherine Willis Scam Artists. First and foremost I need to apologize to Matt & Catherine Willis; not only for the misunderstandings
and lies that I told, but for the slander and manner of treatment because I disagreed with one thing.
I
ordered a vacation package. I was informed of the policy. 1 day after
the 3 days pass, my wife and I got a tax bill and freaked out. We needed
the money back. I agreed to a policy and needed it to change, but it
didnt. So I tried to make things move the way I wanted them to by
lashing out. Not many businesses change or bend policy to individuals.
So I was wrong, I should not have posted what I did and I should have
posted this long ago.
Knowing what has gone on and how harshly I
treated them, they still have continued to reach out to me. We have
buried the proverbial hatchet and forgiven each other. It is
unfortunate that one silly person (like myself) can get upset and make
war with a keyboard and a mouse on the internet and in the case of these
report sites, nothing will be removed.
Please do not judge
someone by one mistake or one opinion. Let me tell you the real culprit
LIFE. We as well as others made a decision and change our minds so we
are hurtful to those we did business with to try and get our way. That
does not mean that everything you read is truth. Here is one case where I
have not been bought off to be silenced or hushed, but have owned up to
my own lies to try and get my way.
Well sometimes you have to live with your decisions. I know that I was wrong and it is very humbling to admit that.
