Matt Harward eProximy Media, LLC Stole $1,028 From Me and 300 Others, Didn't Provide What I Paid For And Refuses To Refund... Internet
Back in November of 2009 Matt Harward opened up a private coaching forum aka IM Warfare Braintrust, where he was going to coach an small group of marketers on advanced internet marketing techniques, pull the curtain back on his business, and provide lots of training and instructions.
The cost was $40 upfront and 5 monthly payments of $247 - Total $1,275
We were supposed to begin in December and cover a whole slew of stuff from Amazon, to dominating Clickbank and other advanced marketing techniques, including access to his proprietary software. You can read the whole thing here: http://www.imwarfare.com/birthday.html
After about 4 months of having almost No Content, that is no software, no training, no strategies, I decided to cancel what was left which is only 1 payment. So I ended up paying $1,028 to Matt Harward.
He delivered very little, very basic, and provided zero communication. He would disappear from the forum for a month leaving everyone wondering and then reappear like nothing happened, announcing that something new will be coming up, and he would never follow through.
At the time I'm writing this, it's August of 2010, 9 months have gone by, there's still NO TRAINING. He did send out some software last week, which is buggy and doesn't work. No webinars, no marketing training, NOTHING.
There's are numerous threads on the forum, with people demanding refund, threatening to take legal action, and Matt Harward doesn't even acknowledge them.
I've contacted him numerous times both in the forum and by personal email and asked for the refund, since he delivered NOTHING for what I paid. And I have yet to even get a response from him.
Is this how you treat a customer, any customer, and especially one that pays you over $1,000???
This is the same Matt Harward the developer of Site Sniper Pro, Image Ad Builder, Ad Grenade, Laser Target URL, and other software.
There are over 300 members that got scammed by Matt, so he maybe a good programmer with neat software, but he's a brilliant scammer, ripping off his fellow marketers who trusted him, and stealing over $300,000 yet providing NOTHING IN RETURN.
The worst part of it all, is that there are people in that IM Warfare Braintrust, that are have spent that $1,000+ that they didn't have, and right before Christmas too, and gave it Matt to teach marketing, instead of spending it on their kids and their families.
And Matt used his credibility that he built up over the years, and robbed them blind.
Matt Harward is a scam artist, and I suggest you stay away from him and his products.

I am finding it so hard to believe all this about Matt. Maybe its just that I don't want to, as he was always so very much against those folks in the IM community that pulled this kind of stunt. He often wrote about it in his blog - "Diary of a Madman". But I do know from my own experience of products I bought from him that now no longer work, and there's no support when you email him, and the fact that the last I heard from him was a Tweet way back in January when he was off to Rustler's Roost with his girls. The only thing I can think of is that he's had some sort of breakdown but certainly something bad has happened in his life. These are not the actions of the guy I knew. I'm not taking issue with you at all. You guys have every right to be aggrieved. But just try and keep in mind that there must have been something really bad that happened in his life to make him act this way. I don't believe the way it appears is the way the man is. I am not trying to say that he didn't do what you guys are claiming. Its just that it is so unlike the man.
