Matthew Neer start off with just asking for a few dollars then more and more and more. Fresno California
yet another way to make money on line. However small investment to get everything needed. Then of course like all the others pay more and get this, pay even more and get this extra etc. Then having spent over $240 to go any further you have to spend over $100 for hosting and domain name. I refused to do that and immediately requested a refund. This Matthew Neer and Jamie Lewis are just ignoring my emails and request for a refund.
