Maxlend I borrowed 500.00 told me I could pay off in 3 payments now I’m stuck for over 3000.00 dollars help there are charging me over $260.00 of interest what the hell I can pay back the loan of 500.00 right now but is there any way to fight this I’ve already payed $437.00 now they say I owe them 700.00 more Parshall Noth Dakota
I innocently got a loan of $500.00 from Marlene in feb once I received money set up account to have money taken out automatically I called after payment of 437.00 and they tell me if I paid them off today I owed them $750.00 so these crooks got over 500.00 extra dollars from me and if I keep with the payment plan which goes to October I would have paid them over $ 3000.00 dollars oh my god I feed so stupid I’m a 68 year old woman in tears I’ll try to scrape up the money to pay this off this month but hasn’t anyone tried to fight them or get some revenge

You were presented with s contract which detailed the terms of the loan. Did you even bother to read it so that you could object to it then??? Stacey is correct and all the repayment info was presented BEFORE you agreed to those terms!
By the way, this is 2019. You've been around long enough to read much. There is ZERO EXCUSE to be writing one long run-on sentence without any punctuation.

APR’s range from 471.7846% to 841.4532% depending on the duration of the loan and the loan origination fees
Next time if you are in a pinch then don't get a loan from these predatory lenders. If you credit is bad I suggest starting a savings acct and making sure you keep a check register and don't live beyond your means.
