From their website policy Returns & Exchanges Due to the personal nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose your color and style selections carefully, all sales are final. In the rare case that you recieve an item with verifiable manufacturing fault, it may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a replacement of the exact same item only. It is plainly stated on their website, and no offense to the competitor that for some reason Rip Off Report allowed you to include in your report, but who would ever want a returned wig that someone had been wearing?
