11/30/02. vin#w06vr52r3vr903364 mazda kia lied about owner and repair history. service manager lied again about both a week later. parts not ordered. lost pay from missed work. Al Farha called the cops. altered due bill in front of cop. no limit on implied warranties. Privacy act violations by allowing previous owner info to be given to me. Manager told me to deal with it. Owner told him not to buy back this car. WFS financial ws made aware of problems and safety issues in Dec. 2002. repossessed the car in Aug. 2003 without telling me. Champion Cadillac denied me access to records on this car for work they did. They had access to GM vehicle history. Possible Recall notification violations. Possible lemon law history not revealed.

WFS manager Mike Mendoza took my info 4 times(FOUR TIMES)and did nothing after listening to me beg for help. each time he said he would see what he could do. when I called the last time Mike Mendoza was on vacation. I begged for a buy back. told that was not an option. month earlier El Cajon Ford bought back Explorer from WFS. WFS financed me once before that also. WFS financed this same car once before. Is that legal? WFS employee John violated privacy act by telling me previous owner's name and address. John sid 65% of WFS' business with mazda kia. John told me to leave car at the other mazda kia down the street after repairs, telling them to keep it, and WFS would repo the car from there. Is that legal?WFS told me in Aug 2003 I was not shown as the owner. complaints sent to BBB, DMV, FTC, Attorney General, NHTSA, CHP, DCA, and others. all ignored. never received any paperwork from DMV. not one thing about registration renewal. nothing until they responded to my complaint. DMV said paperwork filed and fees have been paid. That was Aug 2003. Correct word should have been HAD. Possible DMV filing violations. DMV sent me letter asking me to return the title mistakenly issued to Isabella or David Vasquez on 8/19/03 in my name. How can they issue a document to someone else without my permission. Possible fraud here because I was instructed to send the title to WFS Financial. Read the Desert Sun.

The owner of mazda kia is in jail. WFS employee John told me I was to be sacrificed to preserve the business relationship between them and mazda kia. He said my situation was unfortunate but that's the way it is. He said I was the one that fell through the cracks. FTC holder notice holds finance company liable for any wrongdoing perpetrated by the dealer at the point of sale. If WFS does ANY business with Champion Cadillac then I think there is a possible conspiracy going on here. How is it possible that these THREE big businesses KNEW nothing about this car's history? How come they don't want this car back? Why won't they help? They use the truth to hold the contract over my head. They hide behind the truth under the guise of good business. I was 100% truthful on the contract and the credit report.

How can it then be O.K. for them to tell me only one(then only two) owners and NO( NONE, ZERO, ZILCH, NADA)repair records existed. Previous owner records and dealer records. At least 6 owners and quite an extensive maintainance history. Small Claims Court is no consolation for a year with only one car. Not to mention the number they have done to my credit in the name of fair, honest, and legal business practices. That is BULLSHIT for them to think that they can do this to me and think they can get away with it. Will they be nice and professional if I show up and leap over the desk and punch them in the mouth? If I am making this up, then how come I haven't received ANY responses from any of them to any of my correspondances? Not even any responses to the ones that say I will beat them up. I want my money back. I want an apology. I want my credit cleaned up.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!

I'm not sure what your complaint is but you do not have any recourse against WFS they are just a Finance company... that's it begging them to buy back you car is futile. The WFS representative was just trying to be nice to you. What is the nature of your complaint? Is it mechanical, Tires or paint?
