MBF Leasing - Northern Leasing ripoff Holding me responsible for a fraudulent signing! New York New York
Jerry Wynne, of Merchant Services, came into my office and gave me a fraudulent "Rate Estimatation comparison Sheet" just so he could get my business. He had me sign for the company that I am not a part of, other than an employee.
He then had me sign a contract for equipment with MBF Leasing, for $249.99 a month BUT I was going to be saving 19% over my current company EVEN with this hugely over inflated equipment rental?
Needless to say, everything went south from day one (ghost doubling of all transaction one weekend) and after 3 monthes of bookkeeping Hell, I was released from all contracts by Merchant Services for $495.00, so I immediately sent the equipment back to MBF Leasing with a letter stating that Merchant Services released me from all contract because of fraudulent doings on the behalf of their representative.
However, MBF Leasing is now after me personally for the amount of $276.44 a month for the rest of the term of the fraudulent lease? I have told them my case until I am blue in the face and they still think that I am responsible for nothing from them but my signature of a fraudulent lease!
How can they get away with offering NOTHING, and getting So much from a signature?
