MBF Leasing Northern Leasing Co Watch Out for these Criminals New York, New York
MBF leasing is the most deceptive and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They are aggressive and down right abusive in their "collection" tactics. A few years ago one of the salesman, Brian Lee, set up my credit cared/merchant account telling me I could cancel anytime with no charge or no lease. He had me sign a few papers, initial here and there and off he went. I never saw him again, nor did I hear from him. I recently canceled my account with MBF leasing, sent the credit card machine back and thought that was that. Oh no, MBF has been on a non stop phone and mailing assault. They call everyday, sometimes as much as 10 times. Their collections dept. has threatened me, my credit and my assests. I have tried to talk to them about their original verbal agreement with me, but they have my signature and initials on a contract that I believe they deceptively had me sign. They have tried to "make a deal" with me, but I will not budge. My last phone call the aggressive employee told me to get a lawyer. This is how they treat their "customers", with threats and lies. I have a witness who is willing to testify he was there and heard Brian Lee say "You can cancel anytime, with no fees" -
My credit is spotless because I have always paid my bills and have no debt. They are out to ruin that an I won't stand for it. These people live off the backs of people who work hard like myself. They inflate their rates and lie about their terms. I am submitting this report to warn others and to find help for this issue.
I will not pay these crooks anymore money and I WILL protect myself. I am also going to file a BBB report in NY against them. They will never see another penny on mine.
