I called the 800 number. Your post inspired me to wait on hold 6 minutes, then again for 15 minutes to mess with the guy who answered who feed me all sorts of bull crap. I wasn't slander. I simply asked him lots of questions that would expose his fraudulent activity. Sounded like he was somewhere in between 18 and 23 paying attention to his vocal mannerisms/patterns and the sound of his voice. Maybe he runs the thing with friends, maybe he's hired and has no idea (doubtfully since he managed to take very long pauses accompanied by "uhhhs" usually trying to think of a bull answer). IE I asked him about his supervisors and if they were there. He responded fairly slowly to tell me he was the only one there (already not a bright crayon in the box) but it wasn't enough to really tell me anything so I followed up by asking him when I would be able to reach his supervisor. Another "lets think hard about the right answer because I'm not very smart" pause....He said they wouldn't be in until 9am (Which would just happen to be Sunday morning...again not a bright crayon). If that wasn't enough I went along with it and he told me he had "many and lots of supervisors" after which I asked him the name of one so I'd know who I should ask for when I call in the morning. This was followed by his longest, "uhhhh" mixed with a silent pause, yet to which he simply came up with "I don't know, I have lots of supervisors" again I asked "well surely you know one name out of 'lots' of supervisors." So you get the idea. I played with him like this for quite sometime. He wasn't a very good lier. In fact when I called back (hence the 15 minutes on hold this time) I called him out on all his lies in a simple one-sentenced ways to which he responded very unconvincingly "Actually, I know for a FACT I didn't lie to you". Well I hope you do the same...it entertained me for at least a half hour of my night. Enjoy. -the missing supervisors?
