Mc Mahon And Nagel Double Glazing on arrivel on window was smashed then on was cracked that was covered up, destroyed my front wall at door cracks visable in wall wasnt repainted, plaster on my carpet that wasnt cleaned up or replaced, Dublin ireland
when i arrived home to see my new windows. on first view i saw my front door panel smashed and i asked what happend ian nagel told me that it smashed and they still in stalled it. then before they left i found a sticker covering a large crack in my front room window.
i informed them theres a crack in the window. they told me oh dont worry that will be replaced its a quick turn around. but even do they said it will take a week. i waited a full month without a phone call from ian nagel.
please note two clips where left loose and turning that time i was waiting a foot ball hit my window and a figure of buddha i have fell of the window so that goes to show that my window was on stable for that month even do they said it would take a week to replace.
after a nuber of phone calls to ian nagel company mc mahon and nagel no reply to my calls. so i was left like a sitting duck waiting for my window to replaced after handing some of the payment of four thousand and eigth hundred euro, and i held the nine hunderd euro until window would be replaced but which iam not going to pay now. dew to one morning i got a call from ian nagel after a month he said can you get somebody up to your house ive your window. i told how come you didnt ring me during that month he said oh i suppose a call would of been nice for you but your window smashed and we had to replace so we had to wait. now keep this in your mind, it takes a week to replace but it took a futher 3 weeks to replace ythe window that smashed. strange dont you think.
they did come out to replace the window in the end which i had to get my father to be in my house dew to i had to work. i told him iam not paying you for rest of the job dew to. i found plaster on my carpet that has to be replaced and at my front door ive to buy paint to cover up the cracks left in wall dew to installtion of front door and paint to cover up plaster work in my sitting room. he said no way i wanrt my money and even called to my house at half seven at night for the money. i told over a phone call that you my bring me to court iam not paying he said trust me we do not work like that and he is now ringing my father asking him for the money and in a other phone call he said he is going to do everything in his power to get his money of me and that he is going to take it personily.
its very upseting now every time i look out my window it sadings me sometimes i just want to move dew to the number of threats i got of this company. they even said they would come out and remove all my windows and doors. its very stressfull on me and my father he has nothing to do with it he was only here to let the company and they are ringing him for the money. i am tired and in fear for my house and my person since threats ie iam taking this personiliy.
can any body out there help me please? ive never lived in fear like this its very upseting and stressfull please help me
