You can dispute your charges, Credit Card Companies are well aware of the Practices of trugenix, Hoodia66 ect... They need your signature to verify you are the person that bought it and they don't. However they can turn it in to the credit companies, where you can dispute it. Or cover all your basis and fill out a small claims lawsuit. Goverment Agencys are not as wise as Credit Card Companies. They "don't know if it's a scam/fraud" YET!!! Websters Dictionary definition of fraud "Deceit, trickery, cheat" SCAM "Fraudulent or deceptive act of operation. Princess Should go back and read TERMS AND CONDITIONS it states you may cancel in 14 days. GUARANTEE WEIGHT LOSS, Free trial. Just to let everyone know if you file fraud charges with your credit card company your credit card company will call Trugenix to verify all of your information. 99% of the time with the information Trugenix gives them they know it is NOT FRAUD. If your credit card company doesn't research it and does give you the money back Trugenix will send your account to collections and you will end up paying for all court, lawyer and legal fees. You can go to theirwebsite and read the terms and conditions that everyone that orders has to READ AND AGREE to before you can even place the order. Even if you don't read the terms and conditions it clearly states it at the top of the order page about the $99.41 and the shipping of the 2 month supply.
