I joined MCI WORLDCOM WIRELESS a couple of months ago with a plan of 250 minutes peak time and 1000 off peak time. Well, when I received my first bill, it was right. And then a month later I received my second bill which was $449.00!!!!!!!! I was like there is no way. So, I called them and was on hold for over a hour!!! Ridiculous!!! Well, come to find out my plan had been changed!!

It was now in their computer as having only 120 minutes peak and 1000 off-peak, that shorted me 130 minutes peak time which I was supposed to have! I argued and argued with the representative, and it did me no good, I then asked to speak with a supervisor, and the rep told me no one was available. So, they took my information down to have someone call me back on this, which never happened, of course.

So, I was soooo.... frustrated that I cancelled and they said I would have to pay a $250.00 deactivation fee, which isn't right, because I never authorized to have my plan switched over. Because of this I have accumalated airtime and roaming charges that should of not been charged, and I'm now paying $700.00 to get out of this company!!! I need help with, this because these people are impossible to get through!!!!! They are a bunch of CROOKS!!!!!!!
