MCi Worldcom wireless is a Scam DON'T GET CELL PHONE OR SERVICE FROM THEM
I signed up with worldcom wireless about 1 1/2 years ago. I received monthly bills for about the 1st 2 months then I stopped receiving monthly bills.
Several months passed and I started receiving notices that they were having trouble with their billing process the next thing I know I'm getting bills for $800.00 and they expect to be paid in full. I don't know what world they're from but I personally could afford that amount all at one time.
These were statements from several months prior I couldn't even confirm whether I had realy made those calls. Who can remember that far back. Anyway at that point I decided to cancel my service. I tried for several weeks to get through to cancel my service and was never able to get through to anyone!!
Then I received notices that I was past due on my payments. They then turned of my phone HOWEVER THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME FOR A PHONE I COULDN'T USE! I finally got a old of a customer service rep ( If you can call them that) I have paid in full But I am refusing to pay for the 2 months they turned my phone off without any notice from them!!
It took 2 calls and 1 1/2 hours on hold to cancel my service. I was told that I would still be billed for the 2 months even though they shut off my service.
When I sent My last 2 payments in I noted on the bill that I wanted to disconnect ( since I was never able to reach a person) This company is running a major scam!!!! They have 2 adresses on is Worldcom Wireless PO box 14197 Scottsdales AZ 85267-4197
