Wanda, I am having the same problem with Verizon Wireless. I sent a formal letter to the President, Chairman/CEO and to the District President in the State of Georgia. The problem still persisted because he assigned a totally incompetent person to handle the matter. So, when I receive a bill, I just rip it up and throw it in the trash. If they want to sue for payment, I have it documented - with letters - that I asked them repeatedly to cancel my account with them. Additionally, I also have a letter from the President/CEO from their Headquarters in New Jersey varifying that he received my letters.
