My phone has been suspended for the past 3 months due to non-payment of bills that I have never received. They agree that my phone should never have been turned off as they are very behind on billing.

It took 3 months to get my first bill which I paid. I have spoken to numerous customer service people who promise to turn my phone back on within 48hrs. It has never been done to this date. I have given them payments via credit card to get them to turn the phone on.

They have broken their contract with no service and they have the nerve to want me to pay for no service. I am at my witts end. I am a senior who needs a phone that works in case of an emergency. If you want a cell phone please, please, run if worldcom is involved. People who work there have no clue what is going on. It is total abuse which should not be allowed to go on. Someone has to step in and straighten this company out or stop selling wireless phones that you cannot service.
