MCi playing games ripoff to consumers
Hello, I also have some problems with mci worldcom like so many others on this web site!!! they didnt send me a bill for the first 3 or 4 months.then right when my service agreement(12 months)was up they socked me with approxiately $400 bill.and the funny thing was they expected me to pay it immediately?!? and my voice mail never worked,i had been calling customer service and still no voice mail none of their reps aould help me with it!!! then they agreed to let me pay $100 a month to keep my account out of jeopardy.and it's not even my fault,it's the fault of thier billing dept.so i figure ok $100 and i'll pay it off in a few months,then they send me a threatening letter to cut off my service???what the hell is with these people???it's clear this is a scam to pressure people into extending the service with worldcom by running up a horendous bill...
