McKinney Medical Center Patient Fraud/ Theft by Deception/ Discrimination Waycross Georgia
Disabled and legally blind from a stroke three years ago. I was referred a year ago to McKinney Medical Center, a Federal program that may be able to help me with my medications. After reporting one of their employees for not doing her job and for taking my money and NOT delivering my much needed diabetic and related medications, I have now been blacklisted by the entire facility. I wasnt allowed to see my doctor or my doctors nurse today to simply have a form signed or call in a new script to a pharmacy. Another lady, a Linda Sellers, refused to come from her office and see me after promises of over a week to return my calls. Previously, a Sherry Smiley had blacklisted me, refused to return my calls or take my calls ( even had my elderly father/ I cant drive Im blind/ drive me its a 45 minute trip one way but she refused to come out and see me) and when I posed as someone else on the phone and got through, she thought it was funny and laughed. She said that I WILL go back through the employee that I reported. I can also PROVE they have given some of the medicines Ive PAID for to another patient, then made me go to their pharmacy and pay AGAIN just to get what I need. I can provide all cancelled checks, call logs, witnesses, recorded phone conversations and now video Ive taken twice of the discrimination and abuse. I have consulted with an attorney today and will retain him on Monday to pursure actions against this facility. I have also reached out to a US Senator who has advised me this facility is on the chopping block anyway for funding and its inappropriately ran. I have someone making contact today with three of McKinney Medical Center's Board Members on my behalf. If anyone else is having such an issue, please reach out to me. I only wanted my medication. Not drama or problrem ( Its NOT pain meds/ it simply diabetic, blood pressure meds etc.) Thank you

This letter is to notify you and McKinney Outreach that I am STILL not in possession of several of the medications I paid for back in July ( it is now almost November) some of those medications being paid for 2-3 times. Our last discussion, you stated YOU would help me get these medications and return these fees where medications were never delivered but it has proven to not be the case. Even when outreach GAVE away my medicine to ANOTHER patient and THEN made me BUY the medicine for over $60 from your pharmacy, you stated you would help with that as well, when in fact, you won't even step outside of your office for 5 minutes to see me in person when I came there.
Since my many complaints have fell on deaf ears, it is obvious I am being discriminated against either because of my color, blacklisted because I speak up for myself or this is a scam against me as a person with a disability. I have asked, begged, complained to no reason and so here is my only resolve. On Friday, I will report Theft by Deception to the Waycross Police Department as well as a financial crime against a person with a disability. I talked to a detective with that agency this morning. I also plan on contacting the Department of Family and Children Services to see if they will launch an independent investigation to determine if others have been done like this.
I am emailing WALB, the Valdosta Daily Times and The Waycross Journal Herald. They are welcome to look at my many receipts, emails and correspodence regarding this circus and act of riduclulance I have been subjected to. I am also writing my US Congressman Buddy Carter and US State Senator Johnny Isakson since you are a federally funded program which I obviously am being shunned from. Email will now be my only form of communication with Outreach as your many lies have grown tiresome to me. Since you can't resolve my issue since JULY< I highly doubt you can pull off anything in a matter of a couple of days but you should at least personaly know you have failed me as a patient in need.

Now late October. Only got ONE Insulin Order. STILL have not goten my medicines. LINDA SELLERS is also a liar. States she was gonna help me. She won't even step out of her office and see you in person. She's done got her a "big time job" That she was going to recover the money we spent on the medications that were paid and never delivered PLUS on the one that was deliverd but the program GAVE AWAY to another patient..then sent ME to their OWN pharmacy an made me BUY MINE again and pay over $60. Did I get my money back? NO. So I have a form to get sign for disability. The outreach made me pay a special $10. Then they said they couldn't get it signed, I needed to go to McKinney to see a doctor. I had to pay a $20 CO pAY there. Never saw the $10 again. Now McKiney Outreach has delivered a PARTIAL order or VIALS of insulin which my doctor prescribed PENS cause Im BLIND. I know another patient in the same program that gets the pens. I', being blacklisted because I stand up for myself. I've totally turned this to my lawyer today! They're already cleaning house at that joint. They need to get rid of a few administrators and put some people in there that actually care about people.
