MCLS AUTO LUXURY MOTORS ARE RIPOFFS THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN NOW AND FIFTH THIRD BANK TOOK OVER THE DEALER SHIP AND FIFTH THIRD BANK IS ALSO A RIPOFF. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP OUT EITHER BRIDGEVIEW Illinois
I bought a nissan altima 2007 from mcls auto in bridgeview ill, the next day i went to return the vehicle because of over charges and they didn't give me any mats for the car nor did they give me my set of keys.when i got there they where closed down . fifth third bank took over the dealer ship from what the officer in the building had told me . he said i have to deal with fifth third bank now that it took over the dealership .
its been almost 2 months and i can't register my car or return it or do anything. every day i speak to someone at fifth third bank and they are telling me this is a fraud account but they won't cancel my loan and take the car . i called secratery of state and the car is not under my name its still under whoever use to own it . i don't know where to go from here . i made a complaint to my attorney general of my state but it seems like they don't care . fifth third bank keeps giving me the run around and they even informed me that this account is fraud account . someone help me before i go crazy on them .
