On 11/24/2008 I purchased a DVD player for my 2004 Lexus from McMaster's Auto Part's for $260.00 (it was used). I paid through Paypal and when my package was delivered it contained a car's visor!

After a week I finally got a hold of them and they explained that my DVD Player went to the person who was to get the visor. They asked me to ship the visor straight to this person and they would have them do the same with my DVD Player. I did this on 12/3/2008.

When I followed up with Mike, he said that since the DVD Player was expensive he had them send it back to them and would then ship it to me.

This was the last time that I actually spoke to anyone. They will not answer the phone or return calls. I have called at least 50 times and left many voice mails.

It is now 12/17/2008 and I have not recieved my DVD Player! I sent them emails and they did respond to one with the entire comment being, "Because we have refunded you." This is a LIE. My PayPal balance is still $0.

I filed a complaint with PayPal and they were less than helpfull. I am now contacting the Police. Then the Better Bussiness Bureau. Then I will file a with the small claims court.

BEWARE!!! This is not a company that you want to do bussiness with. They are downright fraudulent. If they could return a phone call maybe this could have been avoided.

Your customer paid you $260 and all you gave him was this lame story?? Bottom line is that he paid you for a stereo and you haven't delivered anything but a story. Your problems with Paypal are not his problem.

First off you failed to mention the rest of the story about how the item was paid for which was through PayPal in the amount of $260.00 which with PayPal anything over $200.00 must be shipped from the verified address on the sellers account and shipped to the verified address on the buyers account. So there for i had to have the customer that received Mr. Kantmann's part ship the item back to me so i could ship from my address. Now here is where it gets interesting because PayPal put a lock on my account for an unknown reason that they still can't give me reason for other than they tell me i am not allowed to use there services no more. Here is the story that i emailed to Mr. Kantmann. Because PayPal has got our business in a bind right now. Here is a story for you we signed up for PayPal about a month and half ago approved no problem told them we will be processing about 5 to 10 thousand dollars a month said no problem so everything was going fine for about a month. Then come in back the office on December the 9th and log into my PayPal account and noticed that it said your account has been limited. So we call up PayPal and ask them why my account has been limited they said that you need to resolve all complaints against your account well the problem is there is no complaints so they said please hold a minute and came back and said that i had spoke with my supervisor and said that we will not allow you to use our services anymore and i asked why and he could not give me a good enough reason then saying that the amount of transactions and amount of the money you process poses as a high risk. On top of that i had $3897.00 in the account and they said that after a 180 days we will release the funds to you. Sounds to me like a bunch of s**t.
