Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

MDG is false advertising, making false statements, continuously, and not fully disclosing, verbally, information that is detrimental to one making the decision to purchase their products.

I initiated purchase of a television, an Xbox S Game Council, and a 3D Headset from MDG. They sent the items a week later and tried to hold me up from picking the TV up. Finally, I spoke to Megna and she was able to initiate pick up of the TV within 2 hours. When the TV arrived, it didn't work. MDG directed me to call Sharp, the manufacturer, who couldn't help. Sharp sent me to HiSense. HiSense also didn't help. Finally, MDG sent UPS to pick up the Television.

I'm more than positive that MDG sent me a television that doesn't work because it, in the past, had been sent to another consumer and in their transaction of back and forth process, they failed by whatever channel they ship, to test the television.

When I requested compensation for the television not working for over a month, they offered me $150 US. What I calculated was that $150 was automatic, and, I demanded they also compensate me for my inconvenience and time. With proper compensation, I would have kept the television. I spoke to Igor Puzavic and Jason Spanjavic and Megna during my communications.

Over and over, I requested Igor stop communicating with me. Send me to a Supervisor. Igor, within the time of our communications, took two vacations and failed to handle my issue. I requested over and over again, an itemized statement so that I could see what was being added to my account in interest and how much I was paying. MDG refused to comply.

Later, I had an issue with an employer and was not able to make a payment for a week. I tried to stop payment and MDG was not able to stop the payment.

Since, I found that MDG charges its customers close double the retail value of their products to finance for up to two years and ads a monthly fee. Also, when they removed half of my financed amount, MDG only deducted from my bi-weekly payment $8.85 US. They charge a restocking fee, then, without making sure a product is working properly, ship it to another customer.

Last week Thursday, I requested the MDG initiate pick up of the remaining products. They agreed. Then, I received a text stating I needed to call.

During my last conversation with MDG, I spoke with Megna, again. She continued to tell me, no, I spoke with Megan. I'm not sure if that is a mind game or if that was the last person who called me. However, I'm 100% certain that when I was being helped in July, I spoke with Megna. During the conversation today, September 5, 2018. Megna suggested over and over again that if I did not agree to their restocking fee, she could not have their products picked up for return. I spoke to Supervisor Mike and told him I will not agree to their fee, and, he initiated pick up.
